COVID-19 Update - 25th June 2020
We are very excited to welcome back our loyal customers. We have missed you all. Our creative juices are flowing and we can’t wait to start creating some beautiful imagery.
To ensure the safety of you and the studio team, we have put the following measures in place:
One in – One out
There will only be one family allowed in the studio at a time. When you arrive please wait outside until we welcome you in.
We’ll be staggering appointments to allow for a full clean of the studio and viewing room between appointments, including any props we use during your session.
On arrival we have a new hand sanitiser station which we kindly ask you to use. Our staff will be washing their hands regularly before & after each appointment.
If you have any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone with coronavirus, we ask that you don’t attend your booking. We are flexible with re-booking your photo-shoot or viewing for a later date, and you will not lose your deposit.
We realise this is an extremely worrying time for you. We have put together these measures as we don’t want any of our clients to lose out financially or have any more unnecessary stress.
In the In the event of your wedding being postponed, we will transfer your booking & deposit to your new wedding date. If you have already paid your wedding balance this will also be transferred to your new wedding date.
Should you have to cancel your wedding without rescheduling yet, we will hold your deposit until you have re-booked. In this circumstance, if you have already paid your wedding balance we will refund your balance payment.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to cover your new wedding date we will refund all monies paid including your deposit.
As long as it is safe to do so our photography workshops will be recommencing from Sunday 26th September 2020
