1) Apprentice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about photography with a desire to learn a wide range of skills and kick start their career in social photography.
You’ll be working alongside a truly exceptional team of talented photographers who will give you their full support and encouragement.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has just finished school or college and is looking for a career in social photography.

2) Full time professional photographer
As a Photographer at Pauls Studio, you will play a key role in capturing creative and high-quality images for a diverse range of clients. This is a hands-on position that blends technical expertise with artistic vision. You will work both in the studio and on location, with a particular passion and skill for working with children and babies.
The role also includes editing and retouching images, preparing client galleries, and ensuring every project reflects the studio’s high standards. You will be responsible for setting up and operating studio equipment, managing lighting and composition, and collaborating closely with clients to create images that bring their vision to life.
In addition, you may be involved in photo restoration, passport/ID photography, and supporting the delivery of training workshops.
This is a dynamic role for someone with strong technical skills, a creative eye, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.
Qulalifications/Skills
Photography skills, including Experience in photo editing software
Knowledge of studio equipment and techniques
Strong attention to detail and creative vision
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a photography studio is a plus
Degree in Photography or related field is beneficial
3) Job Title: Part-Time Telesales Staff (Flexible Hours)
Location: Paul’s Studio (with potential hybrid/remote working options)
Hours: Part-time, flexible working hours
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our team as part-time telesales staff. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, promoting our photography services, and supporting the studio in building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to promote studio services, offers, and events.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our services.
Build rapport with clients and maintain positive customer relationships.
Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and bookings.
Work closely with the studio team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Friendly, confident, and professional manner.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous telesales or customer service experience preferred, but not essential (training will be provided).
Interest in photography and creative industries is a bonus.
